How to not carb out after a workout

Client: After my intense workout on Saturday, I was craving carbs like crazy. I was like, "What's wrong with me?" Even the next day I ate two grill cheeses!

Danny: Woah.

Client: I know. I didn't even want any proteins, only carbs!

Danny: That happens to a lot of people here. Not only is it hot in Miami and in the gym, but it's the workout. It takes a lot out of you. You get dehydrated. Then you crave carbs. 

For the next week, when you work out drink twice the water or at least another third. That will take away the cravings.

Client: Cool. I can do that. Thanks!
